We had a wonderful time at Baia Cristal, enjoying the spacious and clean rooms while soaking in the gorgeous views from the balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety, though there were some items that could use improvement. While the pool area was great, we encountered a few minor hiccups that kept it from being perfect, such as the occasional wait times at breakfast. Overall, a solid choice for a family getaway.

Overall, we had a lovely family holiday at the hotel, thanks to its beautiful location on a cliff with stunning views over the ocean and family-friendly facilities, including well-setup pools for kids. While the staff were friendly and the rooms were kept clean, the hotel is definitely in need of some updates and there could be significant improvements in customer service, particularly at reception. We did find it a bit disappointing that the hotel is set for renovations soon, which might explain some of the disinterest we encountered from the team.
